Plan & token terms
- Monthly subscription tokens are refreshed only after a successful monthly renewal payment.
- Annual plans are charged once per year; the included token allowance refreshes each month while the annual subscription remains active.
- Unused subscription-included tokens are replaced at the next monthly refresh and do not roll over.
- Tokens bought manually are stored separately, never expire, and remain even if you do not have an active subscription.
- If a payment is refunded or disputed, related subscription/top-up tokens may be reversed and the account may be placed on hold if already used.
